Some of our social media postings:

Trump and the Vietnam War

Only the most pickle-brained Trumpis believe that bone spurs kept Trump out of the Vietnam War through 5 deferments. I’m certain that it was cowardice, a sense of entitlement, and a lack of patriotism.

Almost from the beginning, it was apparent that America had no business being in Vietnam. As a result, many brave and honorable young men and women, with the help of family and friends, managed to keep from being shipped off to the killing fields of Southeast Asia. (More than 58,000 died in the conflict.) Some, like Trump, fabricated phony medical excuses, while others fled to Canada.

Even though Trump obviously never gave a moment’s thought to the merits of that misguided and unholy conflict, I don’t fault him for working the system to keep from serving. Without any disrespect to those who served, no American should have been there. What I do take issue with is Trump’s phony patriotism, false bravado, and harsh attacks on good American citizens.

He’s a vile human being … and SP Mueller is gonna get his fat ass.

Trump blocks release of the Democrat’s memo rebutting the released partisan Republican memo. Trump denies that it’s a cover-up.

Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen pays porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 before the 2016 election to keep her quiet. Cohen and Trump deny that it was a payoff to keep her from telling about Trump’s adulterous romp with her.

It takes a special kind of stupid to believe these crackpots.

Governor Rick Scott is the problem

Term-limited Florida Gov. Rick Scott, who invoked the 5th Amendment 73 times in response to questioning under oath in a health insurance scam case (his company was fined over $1 billion), gave a press conference today in which he proclaimed that the Florida Legislature must do something about school security and treating mental health. He did not say a word about gun control and refused to answer any questions on the subject. Oh yeah, he’s a Trumpi Republican (and always gets an A+ rating from the NRA).

Scott is running to unseat Democratic U.S. Senator Bill Nelson in 2018.

He’s bad news. Real bad news.

America’s a mess. A real f*ing shithole. Flipping the TV channels to see one phony Republican whore politician after the other giving disingenuous expressions of sympathy and concern while the local news shows air meaningless tributes to the victims [of Marjorie Stoneman Douglas HS], is enough to make you scream.

Trump, Ryan, McConnell, Pence, Rubio, Ted Cruz, et al., the same cold bastards determined to rip healthcare from the people, have blood on their hands as sure as if they had personally trespassed onto school grounds and opened fire.

We are countless lives destroyed past political correctness and genteel talk. It’s time to take off the gloves. Call out these degenerate freeloading politicians … and friggin’ vote for goodness sake. Not a damn thing will happen until decent human beings are elected to public office.
